How do I reset my password?

Forgot My Password

If you need to reset your password, you can do this directly from the login screen. Here’s how:

1. Go to the login page of our website
2. Click on the “Forgot Password” link located below the login form
3. Enter the email address associated with your account
4. Click the “Reset Password” button
5. Check your email for a password reset link
6. Click on the link and follow the instructions to create a new password

The password reset link will expire after 24 hours for security reasons. If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.

Changing Your Password While Logged In

If you are already logged into your account and want to update your password, you can do so through your profile settings:

1. Log into your account
2. Navigate to your profile or account settings (usually accessible via the user icon in the top right corner)
3. Look for Password section
4. Enter your current password
5. Enter your new password to confirm
6. Click “Save” to complete the process

For security reasons, you may receive an email notification confirming that your password has been changed.
