How do I get an invoice?
When you purchase products from our platform, you can access your invoices through the following methods:
View your order history
You can view your order history by navigating to the user menu and selecting “My Orders”. From there, you can see details of all your past purchases.
Access your invoice
An invoice should have been automatically sent to your email address at the time of your order. Please check your email inbox (including spam/junk folders) for this document.
Request an invoice
If you cannot locate your invoice, you can request a copy by using the contact form on our website.
Please note that you’ll need to provide your order number and verification details when requesting an invoice.
