How do I delete my account?
We understand that you may want to delete your account for various reasons. However, please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, all your data, settings, and history will be permanently removed from our systems.
Before You Delete Your Account
We strongly encourage you to consider the following option first:
- Contact Support: If you’re experiencing issues with our platform, our support team is here to help. We may be able to resolve your concerns without the need for account deletion.
Deletion Process
If you still wish to proceed with account deletion, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to Profile Settings
- Scroll to the bottom of the settings page
- Select “Delete Account”
- Follow the confirmation prompts to complete the process
Important Information
Please be aware that once you confirm deletion, the process cannot be reversed. All your account data will be permanently erased from our systems.
