The DCX DC/DC 850W Vehicle Charger is engineered to withstand extreme environments. It boasts an IP67 rating, meaning it is fully submersible and flame resistant. It operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -40°C up to 85°C. This durability makes it suitable for installation in either a tow vehicle or directly onto a caravan chassis, offering a broad range of applications. Furthermore, its input is switchable, allowing for high-capacity charging at either 40A or 80A to suit both current and future vehicles. Notably, this is the only DC/DC Vehicle Charger capable of directly charging your DCX Power Solution from the alternator.

It utilizes genuine Anderson Plug connections, capable of managing an electrical output of up to 850W from your modern tow vehicle’s alternator. By converting DC-DC from 12V to 58V in a single step, the DCX DC/DC 850W achieves optimal efficiency at an impressive 90 percent.

Compatible with the DCX Power System
The DCX DC/DC 850W Vehicle Charger, available through Home and RV, is fully compatible with the OzX Corp DCX Power System. This self-contained platform integrates a high-power battery bank, available in either 14.3kWh or 7.1kWh capacities, with a 5kW Power System that includes a 240V AC inverter/charger and solar connectivity. Safety is paramount with the DCX Power System, as it is IP67-rated, tamper-proof, and features crush zones, aerosol extinguishers, and comprehensive current, temperature, and voltage protection, safeguarding the battery bank at both the system and cell level.
