A GOOD FIND – AURA EARTH SERIES
You’re well connected in the Aura Earth Series Family Van, with experts close at hand, thanks to GPS tracking!
Boasting four 170W solar panels and two 225Ah batteries, the AURA Earth demonstrated on What’s Up Downunder has the technical prowess to bling up your family travels in outback terrain.
Rugged and Ready
Featuring galvanised chassis, it rides smoothly on AL-KO Enduro independent suspension, 16in off road wheels and overhead cupboards secured to the internal frame. While on the road, safety’s maintained thanks to the dedicated Anderson plug for the electronic stability control.
GPS Access to Experts
Having arrived with the tin-lids at camp, security’s assured thanks to the AURA Earth’s own GPS system tracking your rig. And if that’s not peace-of-mind enough, you’ll get direct access to AURA experts should you require trouble-shooting in an unlikely breakdown.
Other tech comforts include RV WiFI and an able battery management system for the 12V and 240V power systems that include individual fuses and double power-points internally.
Appointments up Front
At the nose, the AURA Earth shows its ready for action with CRUISEMASTER DO35 off-road coupling, two 9kg gas cylinders for self-sufficiency plus black checker-plated jerry can holders either side of a spacious boot that’s internally lit for easier access to your outdoor gear.
Manufacturing techniques keep the AURA Earth interior dry with a one-piece fibreglass roof and 3mm composite aluminium walls looking sharp against the mid-height checker plate exterior. And a Gree air-conditioner staying on top of climate control internally.
Outdoor Living
Beneath the app-
controlled electric Carefree awning, it’s a real family hub with a nifty barbecue slide up front and two external speakers connected to the Bluetooth enabled stereo. There’s ample lighting around camp including a rear work lamp and off-side annexe lighting. Reception on the 24in television is supported with the Winegard TV antenna.
Comforts Inside
In the comfort stakes, no-one’s forgotten with individual fans for all three bunk out at the back and a grand padded bedhead with reading lights, surrounded by cupboards and drawers. Tonnes of magazine pockets help keep everything organised. The shower is separate to the toilet within the ensuite and plumbed to a hot water system. We love large L-shaped dinette adjacent to a neat galley kitchen–all cut expertly via CNC machinery.
