Our Tough Tester bears Maverick’s hybrid ‘Viper’ spec, delivering excellent off-grid-ability starting with 240L in freshwater storage and a grey tank.
Diesel heating and a gas/electric HWS give the 400Ah lithium battery storage more legs, supported here with 500W in solar and accessible at camp via the REDARC Manager30, RedVision Monitor and RS3 2000W Pure Sine Wave inverter standard with all Vipers.
Tough alloy wheels shod with muddies and a DO35 up front improve traction and articulation off-road.
