New shower rose/ new lever taps in shower/ New flick mixer tap fitted to hand basin/was a double bed has been converted to Queen. Now  Queen size bed with new mattress.( East west bed ) full size Queen bed  not caravan size. Ensuite with combine shower and toilet.  Near new stove with oven 3 gas burners 1 electric hot plate.  New hot water system gas and electric. (Swift brand)  cost $690.00 New led lights new 4 season hatch.  New microwave.  New curtains and Venetian blinds.  Wren air-conditioner reverse cycle in working order. 3 way 150 litre fridge. 30 litre fridge freezer drawer fitted under dinning seats. Very neat and clean inside. 12volt plugs inside to run tv off main power built in charging batteries also has solar panels on roof to charge batteries off grid all 12 volt lighting. 2x 100amp hr batteries in storage box on the draw bar.  Improvements on the outside new aluminium checker plate around the lower part of the caravan front has been freshened up with a coat of paint. 4 new tyres fitted.  Wiring has been upgraded with 2 Anderson plugs to run fridge’s while travelling. Has breakaway brake system.  Awning/ annexe walls and draft panel.  We have never used the annexe . On the rear of Van a aluminium checker plate box big enough for a Generator with slide out shelf. + spare wheel. Front boot with gas bottle storage.
