Everything we do is about luxury, adventure and family, allowing you to easily switch off from the world and get Offline.
We design products to make the adventure simpler:
When you want to make a coffee first thing in the morning
When you want to set up easily with time to watch the sunset
When you need to stop late and therefore have to make dinner in the dark
Customisation at its best.
My wife and I love camping and travelling and as a young couple we loved the simplicity and ease of throwing swags and a tent into our red 4wd and seeing Australia.
Once we had kids, we decided to upgrade to a soft floor camper trailer – we needed more luxury than a tent afforded us! Plenty of options were on the market but nothing that felt quite right and ticked all our boxes. As a result, I decided to build our own trailer. It was amazing and during that first year, we spent over 100 nights camping in it – including a 6-week trip to Tasmania.
After years in the soft floor trailer, we longed for an easier set up, reminiscent of the days when we could just throw a swag on the ground, but with the luxury of a camper trailer. The hunt for the right hard-floor camper trailer began. We had a large list of features that we wanted in the trailer; tough and light so we could take it anywhere; a generous kitchen with plenty of bench space; be easy to set up; have well thought out storage; space for the whole family and Australian made. Once again, nothing ticked all the boxes and once again, I decided to build my own.
Whilst camping along the Murray River, the first plan for a hard floor camper was developed. After showing friends the original CAD design, we received a lot of positive feedback. Then came the thought – what if other people couldn’t find their dream camper trailer? From there Offline Campers was born.
After two years in research and development, culminating in a test trip across the Simpson Desert, Offline Campers released its first camper trailer – the RAKER. Now you too can own the dream: Luxury – Anywhere
